My family broke down traveling across the country after attending my mother in laws funeral. We were halfway home and our alternator went. We had the car towed in the middle of the night and had to call the next morning to let them know it was there. Hovlands took care of us and got us back on the road as soon as possible. Their service was amazing!

When our vehicle's battery light came on during a recent girls trip, we were referred to Hovland's by a local friend. The shop was already very busy on this Friday afternoon, but they fit us in, replaced our alternator and we were on our way. The shop's mechanics and staff were very diligent at comfirming warranty information to ensure no expense. The office staff was very accommodating offering us outdoor and indoor seating. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing Service!! What could have ruined our Girls Weekend, Friday, September 24th, turned into an experience of Service Excellence. We experienced vehicle issues on our way past the Dells. Luckily, we were directed to your Service Center. Thank you for your excellent care. Not only did you fit the vehicle in, you kept us informed all the way through the process. The repair took a couple of short hours, during which, we were able to grab lunch and then visit outside your office, which by the way, was quite comfortable and accommodating. Your employees couldn’t have been more attentive and even offering directions for the easiest way to get us back on track for our destination. Thank you so much!!
