The fantastic staff at Hovland's went above and beyond when my 2013 Escape overheated in the middle of Automotion. Bright and early Monday morning, Karen and crew were ready to help. My car had to be towed to the shop, and they wasted no time diagnosing and ordering parts. We were stranded without wheels, and the staff recommended a hotel, and got us where we needed to be while we waited for parts and repairs. Having kind and helpful people on your side when you're dealing with car trouble while on vacation was a big blessing, and THANK YOU doesn't seem like enough. And, they did repair my vehicle and get me rolling on home as fast as they could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the shop with great people and excellent service!

I switched to a different service center closer to me and will never make that mistake again! Went back to Hovlands today after repeated bad experiences at the closer service center that shall be unnamed. Hovlands took care of the mess up from the previous center even though I know it was such a headache for them to deal with. The service you get here is UNMATCHED! It is worth the longer drive and I can NOT thank you all enough for everything you do!!!

My truck broke down 2.5 hours from home. I’m so thankful it happened where it did. I wish I could mention everyone by name but I don’t know everyone’s names. Karen, the service manager. Dannell at the desk. My mechanic (I wish I had gotten your name). The other front desk person. Mechanic Jamie. All the other mechanics. I’ve never been to a friendlier repair shop. They all took such great care of me and got me back on the road earlier than expected. Karen even gave me a ride to my hotel. If you find yourself broken down in the dells, I would tell you to go to Hovlands. Honest. Friendly. Competent. Fair. An experience that could have been stressful was not at all. Thank you to all the staff. All the smiles and your kind treatment is wonderful in a world that is becoming less so. To my mechanic…keep your ever so friendly manner and smile. God bless all of you.

I was traveling out of town when I had a flat just a couple miles down the road from thier shop, but my spare was also very low. I made it to the shop and they were nice enough to get me pumped up and on my way even though it was just before closing for them. Super nice, super friendly, and wouldn't accept anything their time and effort. THANKS!!!
Worked me in for same day appointment for tire check while in town on vacation. Wonderful customer service….would highly recommend!
